What Happens
When You Call Us
We're not a national chain with a call center. When you dial (806) 745-8912, you get a real person in Lubbock who can actually help you right now.
(806) 745-8912A real person picks up
No phone tree, no callback queue. During business hours, a human answers and starts helping you right away.
Quick triage on the phone
Describe what's happening and we'll tell you whether it's urgent, what's likely wrong, and anything you can do to protect your product while you wait.
Realistic ETA and dispatch
We'll tell you when we can get there based on where our techs actually are, not a scripted promise. Same-day is usually possible for commercial customers.
On-site diagnosis and written quote
The tech shows up with the right truck stock for your equipment, diagnoses the problem, and gives you a written quote before any non-diagnostic work begins.
